The Trainer Made the Rounds, Table by Table
By midmorning, the trainer had stopped standing at the front of the room. She spent most of the day moving table to table with a microphone instead, dropping into whatever a small group of AIA advisors was stuck on rather than waiting for a hand to go up. This was a full day of AI training on 19 August 2026.
Working room to room instead of from a stage changes the pace of a session like this. A trainer at the front can only answer the question someone is brave enough to ask out loud in front of thirty other people; a trainer at the table hears the smaller, more specific one that never would have come up otherwise.
By the end of the day the room had split into a dozen small conversations instead of one long one, which is usually the better sign.
