In Klang, Phones Went Up Before the Slide Loaded

On 6 August we ran a full day of AI training for a group of AIA advisors in Klang, nine to five as usual.

Every time the trainer changed the slide, a handful of phones went up around the room to photograph it. A few advisors kept their phones raised for practically the whole session, determined not to miss a single frame before it disappeared from the screen.

Wanting to hold onto what was just learned looks the same in every room we have been in this year, whichever city, whichever group. Nobody wants to lose a good slide the moment it is gone.
