Inno Day #6: Design, Leads, and Being Found by AI
Inno Day #6 was on Sunday, 2 August 2026, 2:00 to 5:00 at Keep In Touch Co-Working Space in Seri Kembangan. Twenty seats, RM55 each or RM100 for two.
Koh Li Hong opened with AI Design for Non-Designers - building professional app interfaces from plain text prompts, with no design training. Ricky Soo followed with Lead Generation with Claude. Kenny Lee, who works on SEO and AEO for AI and SaaS brands, closed with Answer Engine Optimization: how to get your content found by ChatGPT and Claude when they answer questions for your customers.
Building came after, and unlike previous rounds, presenting was optional this time.
The AEO talk was the one that changed the room. Most people there had spent years thinking about Google. The idea that a customer might now ask an AI assistant for a recommendation, and never see a results page at all, was new to nearly everyone. It reframes what a website is for. You are no longer only writing for a person who might click through - you are writing so a machine can quote you accurately.
Making presenting optional was the right call too. Some people build better without a deadline hanging over the afternoon.
