Every Exercise Was a Real Shipping Document
On 13 and 14 August 2026 we ran the Claude AI Program in house over two half-days, Part 1 then Part 2, for a freight forwarder handling air and sea cargo and international moving.
What is worth reporting is what the exercises were. Not “summarise this article”. Module 1 was a delay notification to a customer, written with the RCTF framework, because a late shipment is a letter somebody has to write that afternoon. Module 2 was a freight rate table turned into slides. Module 3 was a compliance assistant built as a Claude Project, loaded with SOLAS and IMDG reference material so the answer comes back with the regulation attached to it.
Part 2 moved into the rest of the working day. Claude inside Microsoft 365 and Chrome, then Claude Desktop and Cowork: reviewing a bill of lading, assembling a shipment report, checking a live freight rate.
By the debrief on the first day the screen read “What You Built Today” and had four things on it. One of them was a customer enquiry handled in Korean.
Generic AI training teaches the tool. This taught the tool on the documents these people open every morning, which is the difference between a session people enjoy and one that changes Monday.
The program is HRD Corp claimable under SBL-Khas. Details are on the corporate training page.
