Inno Day #5: Three Talks on Getting Real Work Out of Claude

Inno Day #5 ran on Saturday, 6 June 2026, 2:00 to 5:00 at Keep In Touch Co-Working Space in Seri Kembangan, with sixteen participants.

The theme was Build with Claude, and the three talks stacked neatly. Florence Ku started with What Can Claude Do?, an overview with live demonstrations. Ricky Soo followed with Automate WhatsApp with Claude, which is the talk people came up about afterwards. Riyaz Rangrage closed with Get More with Claude Skills, on using Claude’s built-in skills to cut down repeat work.

Then the build session, then presentations.

The WhatsApp talk landed hardest, and it is worth being honest about why. Almost every small business in Malaysia runs on WhatsApp. It is where the enquiries come in and where the follow-ups happen. Showing people they can automate part of that is not a demo of a clever tool - it is a demo of getting an evening back.
