DIY Your App & Website with AI ran on Sunday, 16 November 2025 in Taman Maluri, Kuala Lumpur. RM25, open to all, and by the end everyone had something running.

The workshop moves through three steps. First, turn a vague idea into a Product Requirement Document - a plain-language description of what the thing does and for whom. Then build a working app from it without writing code. Then publish it so other people can actually use it.

The first step is the one people want to skip and the one that decides everything. Ask someone what they want to build and you usually get a category: “an app for my customers”. A PRD forces the question of what it does on the first screen, and who is looking at it, and what happens next. Most of the confusion people blame on the tools is really a missing PRD.

The last step matters for a different reason. An app on your own laptop is an exercise. A link you can send somebody is a thing that exists.

We run this workshop regularly - details are on the DIY Your App page, and upcoming dates are on the events page.
