A Slide Built in Minutes, Not a Week

A room full of laptops, tablets, and AIA polos: Kuala Lumpur was the first stop, on Monday, 18 May 2026, in a series of full-day AI training sessions we are running with AIA across Malaysia this year.

The day covered practical AI skills advisors can use in daily client work, built around their own conversations rather than generic examples. By the afternoon, one advisor had put together a live, side-by-side comparison of AIA’s plan against two competitors, up on the screen for the whole room to see, the kind of material that would usually mean a design request and a week’s wait.

Full-day sessions like this work because they end with something an advisor takes straight back to their desk.
