No Coding, and Everyone Left With Something Running

On 13 and 14 May 2026 AI Builder for Work ran again, the same two days, beginner followed by intermediate.

Look at who comes. Administration staff with routine tasks that eat a morning. Marketing people who need more content than the week allows. Sales professionals waiting on replies. Coordinators holding several workflows together at once. Not one of them arrives as a technical person, and none of them leaves as one either.

That last part is worth stating plainly, because it is the whole proposition. By the end of the second day a participant has a chatbot that answers questions, a form that does something useful with what it is given, and a small working application. Nobody opened a code editor.

The measure of two days like this is not what people understood while sitting there. It is what they carried out of the room still running.
