Build an AI Agent That Works While You Sleep

An AI agent is simply a helper that keeps working when you are not at your desk. It can answer customer questions, draft content, or watch a set of data and tell you when something changes.

The step people skip is the first one: decide what the agent is actually for. “Help with my business” is not a job description. “Reply to enquiries that come in after 6pm, and flag anything about pricing to me” is.
