Upgrade to AI Chatbots

Most people have already met the old kind of website chatbot. It knew five questions, it answered them stiffly, and the sixth question sent you looking for a phone number.

An AI chatbot works differently. You feed it your own material, such as your service page, your price list, your frequently asked questions, and it answers from that in ordinary language. Someone can ask “do you do this for small teams” and get a sensible reply, even though nobody ever wrote that exact question down.

The part that surprises people is how little setup it takes. Tools like Jotform AI Agent and Chatbase let you paste in a website address or upload a few documents, then hand you an embed code. There is no coding, and the first working version takes an afternoon rather than a project.

Two things make the difference between a useful bot and a decorative one. Give it enough material to be honest about what you do, and tell it what to do when it does not know, which is usually to hand the visitor to a human rather than guess.

We have one running on this site, and it is the same tool we teach. Chatbots are a core module in the AI Innovator Program, where you build your own rather than watch a demo.
