A Full Day of AI Training in Penang

Tablets propped up on the fold-out desks, a few of them in cases that had clearly travelled a long way.

This was a full-day AI training session for a group of AIA advisors at Wisma AIA in Penang, running from nine to five on a Monday. It was our first time running this training for AIA in Penang, after a long run of sessions further south.

What stood out was how little prompting the room needed. Questions came from the back rows as often as the front, chairs got pulled around into small circles whenever something needed working out together, and the microphone kept getting passed to whoever wanted to test an idea on everyone else.

A first visit for this group, and on this evidence not the last one.
