The Whole Claude AI Program in Two Days

Two days, one room, and people from many different companies sitting side by side at the same long tables.

This was our Claude AI Program run as one two-day public class at Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya, on 24 and 25 September, from nine to five each day. Instead of one company’s team, the room was a mix of people from different companies and lines of work, each bringing their own real tasks to work on.

Day 1: Everyday AI Skills

The first day covered the basics that everything else is built on: how to give Claude clear instructions, how to turn a conversation into a finished business document or a presentation, and how to set up a workspace that remembers your business so you do not have to explain it again every time.

Day 2: AI in the Way You Work

The second day brought AI into the tools people already use every day, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the web browser. It ended with Claude working as a desktop coworker you can hand a whole task to, not just a question.

Each day finished with everyone building one piece of real work and showing it to the room. With so many different jobs in the room, each person’s example looked different from the next, so there was always something new to learn from the person at the next table.
