Modules 5 and 6: Making the Repetitive Work Disappear

Module 5 - Basic Workflows ran for Group 1 on 30 December 2024 and for Group 2 on 11 January 2025. Module 6 - Connecting Apps followed for Group 1 on 13 January.

Both modules run on Make.com, and Ricky Soo walked each group through automating real tasks without writing a line of code.

Module 5 is the one people remember, because it is where the abstract becomes concrete. You take something you genuinely do every week - copying figures between two places, sending the same reminder, filing the same kind of document - and you watch it happen without you.

Module 6 widens it. One automation is a shortcut. Several connected apps is a small system, where a form submission can update a sheet, trigger an email and log itself, all from one action.

Nobody enjoys repetitive work. What people underestimate is how much of it they have quietly accepted as part of the job. The exercise of listing it, before automating any of it, is often the more useful half.

Automation is where the AI Innovator Program ends up, and it is the module people tell us changed their week.
