From Zero to Hero in the Digital World

A participant said it plainly and we have not improved on it since. Previously the non-tech could not do anything. But now they can do it.

For a long time technology had a membership requirement. You either learned to code or you paid somebody who had, and if neither was available, your idea stayed an idea. Plenty of good ideas ended there.

What we watch in the sessions now is people crossing that line in a single evening. Somebody who described themselves as hopeless with computers builds a working page. Somebody else builds an agent that handles a task they have done manually for years. Neither becomes a programmer. Both stop being stuck.

The change is access rather than intelligence. The people were always capable. What was missing was a way in that did not require a different career first.

The part we enjoy most is the shift in how people describe themselves afterwards. Not as technical, exactly. As someone who can build things now.

If that sounds like the change you are after, the AI Innovator Program starts from no assumptions at all.
