Building an MVP With AI

Every founder knows they should build a minimum viable product. Fewer manage it, because the minimum keeps growing while the viable stays theoretical.

AI compresses the front half of that. Google Trends and ChatGPT will tell you in an afternoon what people are searching for, how competitors are positioning, and which of your assumptions about the customer are guesses. That used to be a research phase. Now it is a morning.

It compresses the middle too. Prototypes that once needed a designer can be generated, shown to five people, and thrown away by Friday, which is the correct life expectancy for a first prototype.

Coding assistants handle the fiddly parts of the build, and a chatbot on the landing page tells you what visitors are confused about before you ever ship.

What none of it does is decide whether the idea is worth pursuing. It just makes finding out cheap enough that you can afford to be wrong twice.

If you are at that stage, the AI Innovator Program is built around shipping something rather than planning it.
