The Room Ends with a Thumbs Up

On 26 June 2026 we spent a full day on AI training with AIA. This was the third batch of their people to come through, and the day ended the way the last five minutes usually do: someone reaches for their phone, and the whole table leans in for a photo.

The room was large, with a wide spread of ages and roles, which changes what a day like this needs to be. People arrive at different starting points, and the useful thing is making sure everybody leaves with something they can use on Monday, rather than making sure everybody covers identical ground.

By the third batch, the pattern is clear: no two rooms of AIA’s people look alike, but every one of them leaves louder than it started.
