We ran an experiment: could a single trigger produce a finished blog post, a matching social post and an image, with no human in the middle?

The answer was yes, and the first output was mediocre in exactly the way you would expect. Technically complete, tonally generic, and clearly assembled rather than written.

So we did what you do with any new process. Tightened the instructions, gave it examples of writing we actually liked, told it what to avoid, and ran it again. The third version was something we would have published.

That progression is the useful part. People tend to judge these systems on the first attempt and conclude they are not ready. The first attempt is not the product. The tuning is.

Where we landed is a rhythm rather than a replacement. The machine produces the draft and the image on schedule. A person reads it before it goes out, because a business that publishes without reading eventually publishes something it regrets.
