A few months ago, I took a leap of faith and stepped away from my corporate career to focus on my Doctorate in Business Administration while strengthening my business. During this transition, I knew I needed to stay relevant, productive, and prepared for the future. That decision led me to explore the world of AI.
My journey began with the AI Innovator Programme led by Li Hong and Ricky. It completely changed the way I viewed technology. I realised that AI is not just about automation, it can also serve as a practical business partner, helping to transform ideas into action.
Through the programme, I learned to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gems, Google AI Studio, LLM platforms, and Gamma for research, content creation, business planning, presentations, and problem-solving.

The website now allows us to present our services more professionally, build customer confidence, strengthen our online presence, and make it easier for potential customers to discover and connect with us.
AI has also helped me reduce preparation time, organise my thoughts, create stronger business content, explore new opportunities, and make faster, better-informed decisions. More importantly, it has given me the confidence to build, test, and improve ideas that might otherwise have remained on paper.
This journey has taught me that we do not need to be technology experts to benefit from AI. We simply need curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the courage to begin.
