Hi there! I'm Mohd Azrul Mustapa, and I handle IT operations, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 services, and digital transformation at my company. I've always been fascinated by AI and automation, especially how they can boost productivity and streamline business processes. That's why I joined the AI Coach Level 1 program, to deepen my AI knowledge and find practical ways to implement AI solutions at work.
Through the program, I learned to use AI effectively in areas like prompt engineering, research, automation, and developing AI agents. This training equipped me with the skills to apply AI in improving productivity, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting business decision-making, all while ensuring responsible and secure AI usage.
One of my proudest achievements is creating an AI-powered Quotation Comparer. This tool analyzes multiple vendor quotations, generates easy-to-understand summaries for management, and provides recommendations. It also includes a chatbot that allows my superior to ask questions and instantly retrieve information from the quotations without manually reviewing the documents. This project has made quotation comparison faster, decision-making more efficient, and information retrieval a breeze.
Building on that success, I developed a General Ledger Budget Summarizer. This solution automatically analyzes and summarizes IT budget data, presenting the information through an interactive dashboard. It's significantly reduced the time required for manual budget reviews and report preparation, enabling management to quickly understand budget utilization and make informed decisions.
These projects have shown me how AI can simplify complex tasks and provide quick, accurate insights to support management. I'm excited to continue my AI learning journey and share knowledge with the community.
