Their Own Website, Rebuilt in an Hour

On 5 September 2026 we spent a full day on AI Essentials with an electrical power equipment team. Nine to five, one break for lunch, seven hours on the clock.

It ran in their own office. Not a hotel function room but their open-plan floor, people at their own desks, with a screen wheeled to the front.

The ground covered was Modules 1 to 4 of the AI Innovator Program. Prompting with the RCTF framework, and fact-checking what comes back. Research into presentation, turning a deep research run into a NotebookLM audio brief and then into Gamma slides. Your own AI assistant, built as a ChatGPT Project, a Custom GPT or a Gemini Gem. Then a chatbot, planned, trained on their own material and published, with no code at any point.

What landed hardest was a demonstration rather than an exercise. We took their company website and rebuilt it with ChatGPT, start to finish, in one hour. A room that had spent the morning learning to write better prompts watched its own homepage come back inside sixty minutes, and the question in the room changed from “can this help me” to “what else are we still doing by hand”.

Everyone left with a month of access to our learning platform to keep going.
