Inno Day #4 was on Sunday, 19 April 2026, 1:30 to 4:30 at Keep In Touch Co-Working Space in Seri Kembangan. Twenty seats.

This one had a single thread running through it. Jane Chew, founder of DigitalAI Business Club, opened with What Businesses Can Learn from Duolingo - why an app that teaches languages has people returning every single day, and what that habit-building looks like underneath. Ricky Soo followed with Duolingo-Style Experience for Your Customers, turning that into something a small business can actually apply.

Then the usual second half: build your own AI project, present it to the room, get feedback.

The interesting part was how quickly the conversation moved off Duolingo. Once people understood that the app is really a machine for making a small daily action feel worth repeating, they started asking the same question about their own customers. A training company, a retailer and a service business all want the same thing, and for most of them it was the first time they had looked at it as a design problem.

Come to the next one. Inno Day is hands-on and needs no coding background - dates are on the Inno Day page.
