My AI Story
Hi there! I'm Kenny Choy, founder of Smart Touch Technology. For over 20 years, I've been designing HR automation systems across Malaysia and Singapore. In August 2024, I joined Ricky Soo's AI course, which opened my eyes to the real-world power of AI. Since then, I've actively applied AI tools to automate, design, and innovate across different domains.
I started by learning how to craft effective ChatGPT prompts and even created a full Chinese naming system in Mandarin called 生肖姓名学, blending traditional Chinese metaphysics with modern AI logic. Next, I explored Gamma, a tool that lets me auto-generate stunning PowerPoint presentations with just a prompt. I also experimented with Claude to auto-build websites based on written content and business intent. Finally, I integrated all these tools using Make.com, building automated workflows that connect prompts, content generation, and system delivery, creating a seamless, AI-powered process from start to finish.
One of my most practical AI applications is using Make.com to automate website content generation. Here's how the system works:
  1. Prepare Topics – I collect trending topics using Google Search and store them in Google Sheets.
  1. Automated Content Creation – Make.com reads each topic row by row, then sends it to ChatGPT to generate high-quality written content.
  1. Instant Publishing – The generated content is automatically posted to my website or blog platform, with no manual copy-pasting needed.
This fully automated flow turns a simple topic list into live website content saving time, reducing cost, and increasing output.
